HHC Announces Change to Dental Department’s Urgent Care Appointment Workflow

Tuesday, Aug. 1, 2023 -- Effective Monday Aug. 7, 2023, Hometown’s dental department will be making a change to the urgent care appointment workflow for patients.

All patients who need to be seen for urgent care services in dental will need to schedule an appointment. Dental will no longer be taking urgent care walk-ins.

To make an appointment, please contact our call center at 518-370-1441. Appointments are generally available the same day or for the next business day. We will also schedule urgent care appointments for Monday during the day on Friday.

As a reminder, we already require appointments for Saturday dental urgent care. All Saturday patients must be established dental department patients as we do not see new patients for urgent care services in dental on Saturdays.
